His track record demonstrates a consistent ability to lead the turn-around and transformational growth initiatives for companies and business units across a variety of industries. Indicative of his expertise in innovation and growth, he has also served as the executive in charge for the development and launch of multiple flagship product initiatives which collectively generated several hundred million dollars in net new sales. Proficient in data, analytics, and emerging technologies such as Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, Dio has applied his experience to empower small and mid market companies to actualize record growth.

Dio’s education spans some of the most respected business programs in the world including Wharton Business School, Yale School of Management, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Dio founded an alternative investment company, Aquiline, which has delivered $200M+ in growth capital across dozens of private and public companies. As a consultant, Dio has developed and led growth strategy initiatives, product development and launch plans, and cross continental expansion plans for companies ranging in size from startups to $500M+ in revenue. Dio also founded a software development and digital marketing agency, DreamTree, which was an early pioneer in the Platform as a Service model for native mobile app development. DreamTree went on to be acquired by a Business Intelligence consultancy.

Dio is the co-founder and senior leader at The Acceleration Center, where he has developed cutting edge personal transformation systems, and through his talks and workshops, focuses on empowerment, life acceleration strategies, and career growth and development. Dio has undergone his own personal transformation from homelessness to Ivy Leaguer and graduate of one of the most prominent business schools in the world. It is through this transformation coupled with his business and entrepreneurial successes, that he has become recognized by Joy Media as one of twelve Most Influential Spiritual Leaders of 2018. 

Dio is passionate about equipping his audiences with the tools to launch into their visions of greater self, and doing it faster than imagined possible. Acceleration Church, which is housed within the Acceleration Center, is one of the fastest growing faith based nonprofits in the greater Central Florida area.

Far above any of his accomplishments, Dio’s greatest achievements were when he successfully won Tekoa’s heart in marriage, and when together they created two of the most amazing children, Maximus and Bella Pouerie.
